Should you not be in a position to provide Credit Card details with your Registration, please email registration@aifsconference.com for approval to receive a Tax Invoice at this late stage.

All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST. Registrations made after 7 July must be made and paid for at the Registration Desk at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre on the first morning of the Conference.

Accompanying Person:

Accompanying persons will receive an entry ticket to the Welcome Reception and a luxury Melbourne city sights tour which depart daily at 8.45am. The coach will pick your guest up from their hotel and set off to explore Melbourne. Highlights include a stroll around Melbourne’s spectacular Royal Botanical Gardens, Fitzroy Gardens, the bustling Queen Victoria Market and more.
Method of Payment
Payment of fees and other activities must accompany all Registration Forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payments can be made via the following methods:
- Credit cards: Visa or MasterCard only
- Personal or Company Cheque and made payable to: Australian Institute of Family Studies
- Bank drafts and International Money Orders should be in Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to: Australian Institute of Family Studies. Please fax a copy to (03) 9682 0344
- (This option is not available after 3 July) Bank transfer (Australian delegates only). Bank details will be supplied on your Tax Invoice. Please fax the transfer receipt to (03) 9682 0344
Cancellation of Registration
Deadline: Friday 6 June 2008
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat registration@aifsconference08.com. Cancellations received prior to Friday 6 June 2008 will receive a refund less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received after 6 June 2008 will not receive a refund. The committee will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances and substitute delegates will be accepted.
